Ms. Vivian Watt brings considerable experience and talent to 21 PSTEM, with over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management, and 18 of those years working in the non- profit sector. She has particular expertise in managing complex budgets, and increased both the efficiency and effectiveness of grants by implementing to the compliance of OMB and GAAP requirements. Additionally, Ms. Watt has extensive hands-on experiences and familiarity with investment accounting in managing trusts, calculating market value from pooled income fund, security language, income distributions, processing trades, and contributions and withdrawals. Further, Ms. Watt also has wide experience providing administrative support to management, including the budget development and administration, forecasting and planning, financial analysis, annual and monthly financial reporting, and filing year-end tax reports. Over the course of Ms. Watt’s successful career, she has initiated and directed numerous changes in accounting procedures to facilitate company transitions to new technologies, utilizing Excel worksheets to implement and automate processes.
